Back in July 2009, Queensland Transport authorised a mystery shopper survey to be undertaken throughout Queensland. This survey has been found to be a farce, to most drivers, it's not worth the paper it is printed on.

December 2009 - Ombudsman investigates Queensland taxi Industry.

Over the past few months, Don Brown, the Queensland Workplace Rights Ombudsman has been looking into the taxi industry in Queensland. He has travelled all over the state to meet with all areas and stakeholders within the industry including drivers, operators and industry representatives.
